The company advertises heavily in local magazines, newspapers and does many direct mail campaigns. However, they wanted to advertise in some of the hyper-local websites in that area as well as keep track of how their offlive advertising translated to online visits and then unto conversions.

Solution: Using WordPress as our platform, 3C Media developed 4 landing pages for targeting buyers and sellers – both in English in Spanish. Additionally, we created web ads that Nicholas Real Estate that can use advertise the landing pages. Finally, we created a series of QR Codes and Short URLs that can be use to their print advertising as well as their direct mail pieces.
